STATEMENT OF FAITH

1. The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It is our final authority for faith, doctrine, and Christian living.

2. The Triune God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit — co-equal and co-eternal.

3. Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, and His promised return.

4. Salvation

We believe that salvation is a gift of God received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is by grace, not by works, that we are saved.

5. The Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, who indwells, guides, comforts, and empowers believers to live godly lives and to serve in ministry.

6. The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, make disciples, and serve the community. We practice baptism as an outward sign of an inward faith, and we observe communion as ordinances given by Christ.

7. Christian Living

We believe every believer is called to grow in faith, to love God and neighbor, to strengthen families, and to be a positive force for transformation in the community.

8. Eternity

We believe the saved will spend eternal life with God, and the lost will face eternal separation from God. We believe all people will stand before God and give an account, and that salvation through Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal life.
